    Photo of
    Manfred and Lothar von Richthofen
    Perfect for Framing
This photo of Manfred von Richthofen (the famed Red Baron) and his brother Lothar was taken from the very rare Rothenburg postcard (from my collection). Richthofen was the leader of Jagdgeschwader 1 which was comprised of Jasta's 4, 6, 10 and 11 and the top scoring pilot of WWI. Bother Lothar lead Jasta 11 and scored 40 victories and survived the war.
Photos of the two brothers are rare and this is one of the better images of the them together. The Rothenburg postcard it came from is almost impossible to find.
I have removed all the writing and "cleaned-up" the image. The photo is better than 4 times the size of the original postcard while still retaining a clear image. Matted and put into a standard picture frame it would be a handsome addition to any WWI collection. Winning bidder to pay shipping.
