WWI IMPERIAL GERMAN STATUE

Description

Military service has always been a revered profession in Germany which resulted in a lot of statues, plaque, paper weights, etc. as standard tributes  in homes, offices, etc.   This a heavy metal statue with height of @ 8", width @ 3" and weighs is around three pounds.  Nice piece with an handle barred mustached Artillery Officer (ball instead of spike on helmet) with an upraised arm wearing his best uniform.  He is standing on an ornate pedestal which apparently he is screwed into.  Clearly a period piece and a lot of the original gold tone finish is worn with an excellent patina.  Excellent piece of historical memorabilia of Imperial Germany.  Domestic SH&I will be .00.
