    Description

THE ITEM IS LOCATED IN HUNGARY, EUROPE. I will ship to the USA AND TO THE EU(see exclusions). This auction is for an WW1 or WW2 possibly German leather rifle scabbard. There are no markings on the scabbard, neither on the traps. But, there is a name badge holder attached to the shoulder sling with the old owner of the scabbard on it.
I am not sure if I can make it out right, but it appears to be a name of Ing. F. Singer.
The length of the scabbard is 84cm, the width is 21.5cm at the top opening and 5.5cm at the bottom.
There is a separated compartment inside the scabbard(see pictures) probably for sniper scope or cleaning rod or something.
I have searched the internet  many times to see if i can find a rifle scabbard like this one for references or just to identify it, but found nothing. I beleive it is a very rare kind.
If someone has more reliable informations on the scabbard, please let me know. I would really appreciate that.
So by the name on the tag or badge I assume that the scabbard is from germany. It could also be austrian or swiss made. This is all I know about this rifle scabbard, and this is what i was told by it's current owner.
If you have any questions regarding the auction or need more pictures of any parts of the item just feel free to ask!
It is being sold AS IS. No returns accepted! The item will be shipped as registered mail(signature required at delivery), and the SHIPPING IS FREE.
Thank you for looking at my auction!
