What we have here is a Vin Tage Green Head Vase Stamped Japan on the bottom.This Measures 5 7/8 Tall by 3 3/4 Wide base.The Vase has and Lady dressed in Green color hat with Pearl earrings, & necklace for jewelry .Heavy thick eyelashes mascara and white hair might resemble Lucy Ball back in the Day.Have no clue of Maker no makers make other than sticker Japan on bottom.Great shape Pre -Owned and stored in cabinet for 60 yrs, Up for purchase now.This is in excellent beautiful shape body , face and finger tips, eye lashes ...The only rub marks are to top of inside Rim of Green hat at top of Vase.
