I not an expert so I’m gonna leave the identification up to the purchaser. I believe this is an unsigned early BETTY LOU NICHOLS LADIES HEAD VASE POTTERY PLANTER but the only marks on the bottom say Theo.
She stands about 6 1/2” tall and is about 6” wide.
I couldn’t find any repairs and overall it looks great.
Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
