This is a clean & filtered high grade mixture with NO silica!
It is used by quilters to “stuff & weight” their pincushions to achieve the look of
pincushions made in bygone years…like the Victorian era!
You’ll need to make
a small muslin bag or line your pincushion fabric with a light weight fusible
interfacing to contain the Sand & Sawdust Filler
inside
the pincushion so it will
not leach out!
You’ll use approximately 1/4 cup for a tiny pincushion
& up to a full cup or more for a large pincushion.
You'll really love the weightiness & feel of your Pincushions....
