For sale is the October 1915 issue of Illinois Staats-Zeitung (Illinois State Newspaper). Published in Chicago from 1848 to 1922, this was one of the most well-known German-language newspapers of the United States. This issue, the German edition (Kriegs Album), has 12 pages of pictures and articles, with great coverage of World War II news. It measures 9 1/4 by 12 1/4 inches and is in very good condition. It is historically significant and quite scarce.
