RETURNS - I do accept returns however the item must be in the same condition it was sent to you in.  I cannot accept returns on used cosmetics - please be sure of what you are purchasing, including the shade.  Unless there is a true issue with an item for which I am at fault, I do charge a 15% restocking fee and the buyer must pay for the return shipping.  The "restocking" fee is used to help cover the initial shipping charge - although I offer "free shipping" on most of my listings it does NOT mean that USPS lets me ship for free.
