    Description

Here you have a nice clean edition of this Vintage WORLD WAR I MEMORABILIA! Please...SEE THE SCANS!!! This is SURRENDER OF THE GERMAN FLEET GREATEST NAVAL EVENT IN HISTORY featured in A COMPLETE 1919 ISSUE OF POPULAR MECHANICS MAGAZINE!!! This includes two great inside articles. The first (three-page) piece gives a step-by-step account of the surrender of the German Fleet at the Firth of Forth. The four photos you see from that spread are all GERMAN U-BOATS. The text reserves special venom for the actions of the German U-Boat crews. Unscanned is another photo of group of U-Boat commanders posing. The second piece is titled "FISHING IN THE U-BOATS’ WAKE: HOW THE SEA GULLS BETRAYED HUNDREDS OF GERMAN U-BOATS TO THE ADVANTAGE OF ALLIES AND FISHERMEN". Nice three–page article! TWO ILLUSTRATIONS AND A PHOTO OF A DEPTH CHARGE! The magazine measures 9 ¾ inches X 6 5/8 inches. This is a wonderful time capsule. It is in okay shape. The insides are pretty clean. There is staple rust. The cover has significant edge, corner and surface wear. The lower right hand corner of the cover and first couple of pages have material missing; same for the spine; no back cover on this one. Not mint by any means but fairly gently read!!! A great piece FOR THE COLLECTOR! Take it home with you! Winner, please add .00 for postage and wonderful packaging. GOOD LUCK! Please Check Out My Ebay Store For More Vintage Memorabilia!!! THANKS 233
