Dante - Phenomenal image from the private collection of George Schlegel III. As you may know, this label was originally produced by Calvert. When Sulzberger decided to go to Schlegel, the art stayed exactly the same, but Schlegel’s colors were much brighter. Nobody knows for sure how many of these exist, but as a true cross collectible and spectacular piece of art, it’s no wonder they disappeared so quickly. This one has some slight handling marks, refer to scans for condition. Includes certificate of authenticity. Approximate size: 5-3/4” x 8-1/2”. Shipped with USPS First Class.
