This fantastic, probably one of a kind sample recently discovered in a private archive that was undisturbed for over 100 years is a spectacular insight into what it took to sell cigars. This is one of the creepier clowns we’ve seen, but what’s the significance of the mirror? We’ve seen other artwork where the clown was depicted with a mirror but don’t know the connection. Regardless, this is a super rare piece of tobacco and clown history from the 19th Century. Slight crease in upper left corner, otherwise great condition. Includes certificate of authenticity.
