Antique VTG Mother Of Pearl Icon
Image of Jesus at the Last Supper Encircled by Images of the 12 Apostles Carved into a Mother of Pearl Shell
This is a recent estate sale find and I am not an expert on this type of piece and am uncetain of the age or origin. I see similiar pieces described as being form the Middle East - Bethlahem, Jerusuleum or Palestine dated from 1900-1950.
Measures approx. 6 inches across.
There is a hole at the top to enable hanging.
Very Good Antique/Vintage Condition with no visible chips, crack or repairs.
